Ginny Dix, BA (Hons)
Non-Executive Director at The M Word
Ginny became interested in Young People’s Mental Health when her own children started to face difficulties, and the provisions at School and elsewhere were underwhelming. Wishing to understand more about the Mental Health challenges of Young People – driven largely by the lack of satisfactory services available for her own children – She trained as a volunteer on a project supporting Young People and families.
Katie McMaster
Expert Parent & Ambassador for Autism & Mental Health
Katie has worked with children in many different settings over the years, and ran Parent Skills groups for the local authority when her eldest was younger. More recently, she has been a guest speaker on webinars for groups wanting to learn more about Autism.
She has a passion for learning how to help her children, and others, so are often investigating any information she can find on Autism, anxiety and ADHD.
Wendy Ford MA (Hons), MSc
Non-Executive Director at The M Word
Wendy Ford has very recently, at the grand old age of 49, discovered her own neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, PDA). She is excited about being at the beginning of her journey of exploration of all things ND. She studied Psychology MA(Hons) at Dundee University and has an MSc in IT (Medical Informatics) from Glasgow University. Wendy currently works as a data analyst and advisor in the field of healthcare quality improvement.
